ข่าว บริษัท ล่าสุดเกี่ยวกับ Process Characteristics of Canna Starch Processing Equipment

Canna has a high starch content, low levels of impurities such as protein, fat, and ash, large starch granules, a low gelatinization temperature, good paste clarity, a high amylopectin content, excellent film-forming properties, and a high molecular weight, similar to potato starch, resulting in excellent application properties.

Canadian starch processing equipment presents certain technical challenges and process characteristics, specifically:
1. Canna has a high fiber content, making traditional methods inadequate in breaking up the tubers, impacting starch extraction efficiency.
2. Canna has a high pectin content, which can easily clog filters and cause starch loss.
3. Canna is harvested with stems and numerous root hairs, significantly impacting cleaning, crushing, and extraction.
4. Canna starch granules are large and settle quickly.

Common Canna Starch Processing Equipment and Functions:

1. Multi-Stage Washing (Specific to Canna)
Washing is a critical step in canna starch processing, ensuring a smooth, flavorful starch. Specialized cleaning equipment for canna canna effectively removes sediment from corners and crevices.

2. Specialized crushing and filtration equipment for canna canna
Due to canna canna's high fiber content, traditional crushing methods cannot fully pulverize it. Furthermore, canna canna's high pectin content can easily clog filters, affecting subsequent extraction. The crushing process of specialized crushing equipment ensures a high grinding fineness, and the filter press extraction process ensures filtration.

3. Desanding and Desilting
Based on the principle of gravity separation, the starch slurry is pumped into a cyclone desander using a pressure pump. The desanding is removed at a low flow rate, and the slurry is discharged at a top flow rate. This removes fine sand and gravel from the slurry, further improving starch purity.

4. Cyclone Station
Easy to operate and trouble-free, it further concentrates and refines the starch, removing non-starch substances such as protein, and improving starch quality.

5. Starch Dehydration
The refined and concentrated starch slurry is dehydrated using a vacuum filtration pre-hanging principle to achieve the required moisture content (approximately 40%) for the drying stage.

6. Drying: We use a low-temperature, high-volume airflow starch dryer. This features short drying times, high intensity, and high evaporation capacity. The finished product is kept free of external contact, ensuring contamination-free and high-quality drying.
